By booking on Vaidya Marketplace you agree that consultations are wellness/Ayurveda services, not a substitute for emergency or licensed medical care in your country.
**Bookings:** a slot is held briefly then confirmed after payment. Cancellation windows follow the booking rules shown at checkout.
**Payments:** you are charged in your local currency (EUR, GBP, INR, BRL, or USD) with amounts **rounded up** after FX conversion. Applicable VAT/GST is added where required.
**Vaidyas** are independent practitioners. The platform provides software, payments, and discovery.
**Liability:** to the extent permitted by law, the platform is not liable for clinical outcomes. Consumer rights in your country of residence remain unaffected.
